We are developing an e-mail distribution list. This list is special in that it is a highly configured, server-side list, which means a couple of significant things for those on the list:
- signups require Jennifer's prior non-objection
- list participants cannot see other addresses on the list
- only Jennifer can originate messages to the list
- Jennifer's prior non-objection is required for the sending of any message (no spammers can use the list)
- and obviously, your addess will be closely held and kept private
